Thank you for reaching out to Customer Paradigm to improve your online presence and eCommerce functionality for Patio 1. Per our conversation, I have outlined your BigCommerce development request that will provide a great user experience, essential operational integrations, and an updated showcase of your products/services that will solidify Patio 1 as the best choice for high-end custom patio furniture in a highly competitive market such as yours.

This is a full service, white-glove approach, where we will combine our experience building high-quality, responsive ecommerce sites, with our experience in running and optimizing eCommerce stores.

Below the monthly options portion of this document, there will be a DocuSign form where you can authorize our work to begin immediately. We look forward to becoming your eCommerce partner and appreciate your consideration.

Hourly Estimates and Feature Requirements (70 Hours)

Demo Site Build: 3 hours
Transfer products to BigCommerce from Shopify: 6 hours

Payment gateway setup: 4 hours

Pricing Details

Our standard BigCommerce Development rate is $150 per hour.

Hourly Billing:

This contract represents the approximate number of hours we anticipate will be needed to accomplish the project scope as outlined above. The actual hours needed may fluctuate during the project. At the end of the project, the client will only be billed for actual time spent, regardless of whether the project comes in under the estimated hours or surpasses the estimated hours for the project. Customer Paradigm will clearly communicate budget progress throughout the project. In the event we require more time for a phase, we will provide additional estimates and receive approval from the client prior to exceeding the budget for any given phase as formal change orders.

Payment Schedule for the Project:

An initial 50% down payment to begin the web design and development will be due upon signing. The remaining payment will be due upon site push live date.
